Phase 2 — Q3 2026
RETENTION
Interactive story choices land in-app. Viewers stop being passive audiences and start having stakes in outcomes. Watch-time increases. Return rates increase. The product becomes habit-forming by design.
Phase 3 — Q4 2026
SCALE
AI dubbing rolls out across 20+ languages. Every episode in the library becomes globally distributable overnight. International licensing conversations become viable without a single additional production cost.
Phase 4 — 2027
OWNERSHIP
Creator Mode opens the platform to user-generated story prompts. Live Drama Events let thousands of viewers shape plot in real time. Ciniura stops being a studio people watch and becomes a studio people belong to.
Each phase is designed to increase library value, viewer retention, and partnership leverage. Investors entering now are entering before Phase 2.
