By purchasing a subscription or an “Annual Pass,” you are requesting immediate access to our digital cinematic content. You expressly acknowledge and agree that by being provided with this access, you waive your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Due to the nature of digital streaming, all purchases are strictly non-refundable. There are no “cooling-off” periods once access has been granted. We do not offer pro-rated refunds or credits for partially used months or years.

The following terms apply to the “Founding Member” promotional discount offered to users who register prior to the official launch of the Ciniura service.

• Promotional Window: The “Founding Member” 70% discount is a one-time offer exclusive to users who register their email prior to launch.
• Code Distribution: Discount codes will be distributed via email approximately 24 hours before service activation.
• Usage Policy: Each code is valid for a single use on an Annual Pass and must be applied at the point of checkout to be valid.
• No Cash Value: This promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to previously processed transactions.

We may update these terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
